PROCESS :
1 . The dust - Iaden gas collides with the inlet baffle plate , where coarse dust and Iarge particles which are too heavy to drift upward with the rising aircurrent drop into the hopper .
2 . Then the dust laden air is filtered through the filter cloth and the resultant cIean air is discharged through the upper housing .
3 . It is easy to hang the filter bag . Please mount ring of spring of filter bag into plate from the Iower part and hang the upper part on shaking hook.
4 . The falling of dust is by means of shaking power of upper shake of filter bag .
5 . The falling dust is collected inside the close gate valve which is closed tightly .
There is enough time for dust from falling down to precipitate . After half a minute or one minute , the close gate valve will open and then go on filtering .
6 . The fall of interval type is to stop air exhaust . After 1 - 60 seconds , the air exhaust will stop completely and shake dust according to the supposed time ( about two minutes ) . As the fall of dust has finished , please turn on air exhaust again to filter it .
