History

1970  Began production of CUPOLA melting furnace.

 

1971  R&D of surface treatment for forging industry and several foundry equipments. 

 

1972  R&D of all types molding machines, shell core blowing machine, shell core shooting machine and air pollution control equipments.

 

Apr 1973  Factory moved to NO.1 ALLEY 226, HAN HIS EAST LANE, TAICHUNG CITY. Other than expending business, R&D of small sized surface treatment machinery such as ROTARY TABLE TYPE SHOTBLAST for camera cover was also taken place.

 

1974  R&D of simple sand preparation equipments and shake out machine (SHO series).

 

1975  Began to expand business in exporting surface treatment machinery and complete foundry plant equipments to south east Asia.

 

1976~1977  Manufacture of SHOT TUMBLAST surface treatment machinery ((STB-1B/2B/3B series) for small sized castings was begun. R&D of the SHOT CONVEYOR BLAST (SCB series) for basing of machining center and middle sized castings.  
 

 

1978  In order to satisfied urgent needs from foundry factories, automatic shell core machine was developed.
 

 

1979  Focused on designing more efficient foundry plant equipments for middle sized foundry to achieve better manufacturing process, technical cooperation was began with IRON CHUSETU CO., LTD. The green sand temperature regulating device (CSC series) and the automatic pallet conveyor device was then developed. Service hence covered design of the green sand preparation plant and consultation for appropriate casting scheme.
 

 

AUG 1981-  R&D of crane type shot hanger blast (SHB series) for middle sized castings, forging and welded workpiece. 

Technically cooperated with NIPPON LADLE INDUSTRIES CO., LTD in manufacturing ladle for ductile cast iron, NLG series geared ladle and organic/inorganic self-hardening sand reclamation equipments.
 

 

1982-  R&D of heavy duty crane type shot hanger blast SHB-25Y and SHB-50 series, wisely utilized flexibility of tracks to enable loading and unloading of untreated and treated casting while blasting was in process. 

Efficiency was greatly improved. This model was specially designed for blasting large casting and steel casting to remove rust and oxidative layer.
 

 

Nov 1983  Technically cooperated with NIPPON LADLE INDUSTRIES CO., LTD in R&D of the fully automatic CONTINUOUS PERFECT MIXER (NSM series) for Furan sand molding process.


Same year, cooperation with NANIWA ROKI CO., LTD was also carried out to develop HOT-BLAST,WATER-COOLED CUPOLA OF INDEPENDENT RECUPERATOR、HOT-BLAST,WATER-COOLED CUPOLA OF DEPENDENT RECUPERATOR、COLD-BLAST CUPOLA.
These cupola of energy-saving,labor-saving and logicizing were successfully developed to meet customer’s needs of HIGH QUALITY and LOW COST.

 

May 1984  R&D of automatic apron conveyor type shot blast machinery (CSB series). Again cooperated with NIPPON LADLE INDUSTRIES CO., LTD for development of cooling equipment for Furan sand preparation.
 

 

1985~1986  R&D of shot hanger blast machinery (SHB-2F/2G/2H series),by its unique design, continuous blasting of different sized and complicated-shaped castings was easily achieved. Hangers revolved in a circle, castings then entered from side into shot blast cabinet and exited from the other side continuously. 

Such design made loading and unloading of workpiece even easier. Meanwhile, company policy was to focus on publishing advantages on applying Furan sand reclamation, cooling, preparation and mixing process to the foundry industry. By that time, Taiwan has moved forward into the era of Furan and over 70% of large casting fouied Furan system.ndry appl

 

1989  Cooperated with NANIWA ROKI CO., LTD. in manufacturing air pollution control equipments for foundry, melting furnace, and other purposes. 。R&D of VIBRATION TABLE (CVT series) for Furan sand molding process – Application of the vibrating table gave better, smoother casting surface and also more efficient and faster mold making. Less impact, low noise, and adjustable vibration force was suitable for all types of casting, especially good for complicated shaped casting.

 

DEC 1990  Technical cooperation was again carried out with NIPPON LADLE INDUSTRIES CO., LTD to design and reinforced unity SHAKE OUT and SAND CRUSHER (NSBC series) for organic sand mold.NSBC sand crusher was able to shatter sand blocks into tiny sand grains 
 
and reclaimed used sancontinuously.—CENTRALCLEANER[DRY TYPE] (CRP series) was also developed in the same year to provide a better way for big space cleaning.

 

1991  R&D of HEAVY DUTY SAND MIXER (HD series). Exclusive design of spring compressed device made handling of large quantity of green sand in a very short time feasible. Green sand been treated provided high sand strength and even quality. Due to governmental city plan, address was renewed to be NO. 383-1, TONG-YING RD., TAICHUNG CITY.

 

1993  R&D of surface treatment specially for blasting alloy wheel (CSTA-21A (2 wheels/cycle) / CSTA-41A (4 wheels /cycle) )。

 

1994  Computerized  all paper works and documents to provide faster and more efficient documentation. 

 

Feb 1997  R&D of HIGH INTENSITY CONTINUOUS MIXER (CNSM series)

 

Year 2000  R&D of AUTOMATIC DRUM TYPE SHOT BLASTING MACHINE CSD-60A型,characteristics:1.High efficient and even blasting;2.Avoid jam of casting, small workpiece, thin articles and easy maintenance. 

 

Aug 2001  Batch type mixer (CSM series) was developed for foundry required smaller sand quantity each batch. It has capacity of 30kg of sand per batch.

 

Jan 2004  Mobile continuous mixer (MCNSM series) was developed for foundry required mobility in molding process.

 

Mar 2004  Tea pot (NLTC series) was developed to provide better nordulization and to minimize temperature dropping. 

Sandwich method was applied.
 

 

Sep 2004  New cooler (NSSC-N series) was developed. It provides better and faster cooling.
